Sand Stains from Lack of Care

Hi All,

I recently purchased a home in Arizona that was vacant for several months. Unfortunaltely, the dirt/sand/debri that was in the pool has left some pretty harsh stains. I have purchased some alkalinity chemiclas recommended by a local pool servicer. I have shocked and brushed, and bought a metal based brush. Nothing seems tp work. When getting water tested, it usually tests within spece, other than a little acid here and there. Other than an Acid Wash, does anyone have any ideas? If you think an acid wash is my best or only choice, anyone have a clue how much something like that costs?
