Spa Jets

I have a pool/spa. The spa has 3 jets that empty into the pool as a waterfall. Only 2 of the jets shoot water. The third jet is dead. I thought it was a pump problem and increased it from 1.5 to 2hp, but the problem still persists. I cleaned DE filter and added new DE, but that didn't work either. Any suggestions ?

Is the dead jet farthest from the equipment? It could be that the third jet is losing flow because too much water is coming from the first two. Have you been losing water? Could be a break in the line. Could also be a clog. You can unclog by attaching a drain king (can be found at most hardware stores) to a hose and sticking it in the dead jet.

I've only had the pool for 2 years. They all worked fine when new. I'm not losing water. I have a drain king. I'll try it through the jet. Thanks for the tip.
