Huge Air Pockets

My family just bought a Liner last summer, and for some reason while we were opening it earlier, there were huge air pockets all over the pool and wrinkles. We did have to drain some of the water over the winter/spring change because of the massive amount of water that came from the snow. Any ideas? Is it still too cold too open?
