wiring an ACME transformer

Hi All,

Im trying to wire an Acme tranformer but does not light up the bulb...I have the choice between 12, 13 or 14v but a wire also showing 0?? Any idea how o wire this transformer?

One wire to the 0 and the other to 12 / 13 / 14 volts depending on the distance from transformer to light fitting.
