replacement pump

We have an Intex metal frame 15x48'' pool that came with a 800 gph pump. As I'm sure everyone knows, the pump/filter combo is pretty much useless. I'm looking to replace it. The lady at the local pool store suggested I find something online(no other advice).

I have found several options including
2000 gph intex combo
2500 gph intex combo
Advantage Manufacturing 1 HP, 50 sq ft filter pump pack ( www(dot)poolbargains(dot)com/pool-pack-50.php )

Also I have read about Hayward pumps but I'm unsure how that would work. Do you connect it to the present pump/filter?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Would this both pump and filter?

What is my best option?

My pool is hazy blue and my pump is just not strong enough to filter the water. My 8 yo DS is swimming in water that reminds me of our pond- HELP!!!!
