help fungus in pool above ground

put my pool up last yr no problems, this yr when i opened it there is a black like fuzzy looking stuff in the bottom. i have tried everything. at a lost now, i vaccume and it goes through the filter makes pool cloudy settles and water is clear but wont go away.


please help
