debris is going into pool thru pool jets.

How do I stop debris from entering my pool thru the jets. the pool stays dirty no matter what I do. I have had the sand filter checked and all sand replaced (twice last year), the gasket has been replaced that sets the pool on filter/ rinse/ backwash, the pump has been replaced and I have the same problem. Pool is eight years old and the problem began in 2006 i have attached a panty hose to the jets to collect the debris. When i backwash the pool, the glass never gets clear now no matter how long I backwash.

Does anyone have a solution? I have tried three different pool companies and no one can fix it.

Sounds like the laterals at the bottom of the sand filter are broken. Were these checked when the sand was replaced? Chances are this is the problem.
