green water

we are having trouble getting our water clear. we had the water tested and where told to add 65 lbs of baking soda and 12lbs of shock it. our water is greener now than it was before we started. we need some serious help

We need to know what your chem levels are. Is your filter clean? What about run time?...it needs to run 24/7 until the water clears up.
