We got a above ground pool last year in the summer. We put it up and for almost a month nothing was wrong. Then we cleaned it and it stayed clean for a week then back to being dirty. It was turn a nasty green with mold as well. We would turn on the filter for most of the day. Nothing really worked. Tried different chemicals with it and then a few days later it would be green again. we drained it once and tried from start again and a week later it turned green again. We took it down and cleaned it really well with bleach and what not.
We just put it back up and water is being put it in now. We also got a cleaner that goes on the bottom of the pool and sweeps it. What can we do this year to make sure it doesn't get dirty anymore?

Make sure the following parameters are met:
- stabilizer/conditioner/cyanuric acid 30-80ppm
- pH 7.2-7.6
- free chlorine 1.0-3.0ppm
- add algeacide weekly according to the directions
- run the pump at least 8-12 hours a day
