Well Water help

Stains on the pool surfaces, pool equipment
or on the swimmers, or off-color swimming pool
water. Discolored but clear pool water.

Well Water help

New above ground pool owner & I had to fill it with well water (no softener) And now the water is a brown color. What can I do to get the water crystal clear so my boys can swim in a clean pool??? The pool company says just add clorine... HELP!!

What are your chemistry readings? We would have to start there. Also, have the water tested for iron. Iron is commonly found in well water and causes brown water and brown to black stains.
