i tried shocking it
then over the past two days the pool water has turned green...
so much that i cant see the bottom of the pool
i did all the tests and the cyanuric acid was the only thing that was high...
everything else was normal
i also shocked the pool...which is what all the websites are saying but that doesnt work!

Please post a full set of numbers so we can see how high and low your numbers are and then we can start helping you clear your pool.

How much chlorine you add to shock a pool is dependent on your cyanuric acid level. If it is quite high then you may not be adding enough chlorine to reach shock levels.

As the other poster said, post your numbers and we can give better advice.
