Stains from Black Olive Tree

Does someone know if stains from a black olive tree on the bottom of a (concrete) pool floor will come out on their own with the action of the chlorine in the water or if they need to be treated. We just took over this pool and it was very clean before, although the tree has been there for years and this likely would have happened before. Thanks in advance.
