plaster color

hi im new to the swimming pool topic and i was in the process of getting an inground pool. My pool builder recommends white plaster but is willing to do which ever color i choose. Can anyone tell me the difference in the colors blue, black or basic white.

p.s. i am getting the color changing light in the pool thats why he recommends the white plaster.
