cloudy water

Ererytime I vacume my pool the water gets cloudy. The return emits small very fine bubbles, which I think is sand from the filter because when the water settles there is some sand on the pool floor. How do I correct this filter problem

try to vacum on waste
and if your getting sand in pool have a tech come out and check
the laterals and tube inside filter (if any)
