Robo Kleen Stopped Working

I've used the Robo Kleen for 2 seasons and it worked great. All of a sudden stopped. When powered on, briefly blows water out of top and then stops. No movement. Power light on on transformer. Checked to make sure not blocked by debris. Anyone have any ideas? Really do not want to have to buy another cleaner but if I do won't buy this one again. I have an above ground 24ft diameter pool.
