copper stains in pool

I treated my fiberglass inground twenty thousand gallon pool with one gallon of stain magnet and then sequa sol and the stains are still all over the bottom of my pool. I tested the stains before and it showed that it was copper. now what do I do?

Hi There, My whole pool was aqua blue and I was told it was copper staining from the heater. The only thing that worked for us to get the staining off was an acid wash.
