Draining swimming pool after heavy rain

Postby sparkwatercleaner » Tue 21 Oct, 2008 08:34

I want to know how much I have to wait to drain my concrete swimming pool after heavy rainfall. My pool doesn't have a drain plug, and I have no way to be sure groundwater is below the pool floor.

You really need to contact the local pool pros who have access to this information. Draining is most safely done in the dry season.

It is not worth the risk of emptying the pool and having it pop out if you time it wrong.
