I’m going ahead with applying new plaster or possibly go for a pebble finish but I don’t know who to go to for good work reasonably price. I live in El Dorado Hills Ca. so any recommendations from the Folsom, Roseville, Rancho Cordova, Cameron Park or Sac area will do.Thanks for the help.
