Old Sparta Pool Needs New "Coping(?)/Top Area

Postby nomi1 » Thu 02 Apr, 2009 15:19

I recently moved into a home that has an existing 16x32 Sparta inground pool that was installed in the late 70's or early 80's. The area around the top (the area you sit on) for this particular pool is a metal rounded sheet about 12" wide and about 4' long. At some point there were repairs to the top and it looks horrible.

I went to my pool supplier and he said the pool was so old he didn't know where we could get new material.

My question to anyone is - if you can make heads or tails of what I talking about - do you have any idea where I could find old parts for Sparta pools?
