Pool surface appears damaged by Raptor.

I drained my gunite pool to acid wash it. I sprayed the sides of the pool with a garden sprayer and the brown discoloration came out beautifully. When I sprayed the bottom of the pool, I discovered the discolored large arcs in the bottom were not stains, but what appears to be the path were a Polaris Raptor has worn the finish off of the plaster. The streaks in the bottom of the pool are about the same width as the ring around the center of the Raptor. I thought the discoloration was tanic acid, soil or some other cause - similar to what was on the walls - because I have many trees in the area and farming nearby.

Has anybody had a similar experience with a Raptor? What do I do with the bottom of the pool - should I paint it?
