I need some help... I have a 24' above ground pool and would like to use a solar cover reel system. the problem is I have a rail fence around 2/3 of the pool. This prevents me from mounting the reel system to the rail. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas how to mount a reel system that I can either remove or swing out of the way?
