A few questions about my Intex Above Ground Pool and pump

Have a 10x30 Intex above ground pool. We drained the pool and started over with saltwater, in the process we moved it and there is now a 2inch difference on one end being lower. Will this be a problem?

Second..... Got Intex Saltwater filter and a new pump to handle it. I remember opening the little plug on top of the pump on the old one and water would come pooring out. With the new one and salt water filter hooked up to it, it no longer does that. I opened up the top and water seems to be coming in and out like it should from the hoses but its not full to the top. Am I having low pressure issues?
