Blisterd liner

Hi, Need some advice please; I have a salt pool with liner and during the winter when I had an algae problem I put two chlorine blocs in the pool, although sorting out the problem with the algae it bleached all of the colour out of the liner in the two areas where the chlorine blocks rested. This month when we started to heat the pool and I added two 25kg sacs of salt the areas affected have started to blister. I had thought to use a repair patch but is this hiding the problem rather than fixing it? Thanks.

There isn"t anything you can do as far as repairing the liner. To get as much life as possible out of the liner I would suggest not using an automatic vac. Hand vac the pool and stay away from the damaged area.
