Hello ... we purchased an AG pool last summer when we bought a new home and as we started to open it last week, we noticed an indentation all around the base about 6-8 inches from the bottom on the outside walls. We had a pool for 5 years at our previous home and never had this problem. We showed the pics to the rep where we bought it and he said it is caused by ice damage and is not covered by the warranty. Has anyone else had this problem, and is it safe to fill it up and use it this year while we attempt to have the repair covered by our insurance? I've included links to some of the damage pictures... Thanks
