Blue Cloudy pool

My TA is high approx 290ppm. It was suggested to use about 18 litres of muriatic acid to bring down tha alkalinity. I went to 2 pool companies one said to add 1 litre in everyday, the other said to put 2 litres in everyday and when half of the total amount of acid is added adjust the the ph.

My question is when I add the ph+ to the pool is that affecting the TA?

My pool is 135,000 litres and I have hard well water as my water source.

I've been playing this game of adding acid then ph+ for the last 3 weeks.

Any suggestions?
