I had a new liner installed last year in my 21' round above ground pool. I was not home when the liner was installed and the pool filled with water. When I did get home the liner had wrinkles around the top of the pool wall. I didn't think that the wrinkles would hurt anything so I never called the intallers back. Now a year later the liner ripped everywhere it was wrinkled and we lost all of the water. Could the wrinkles be the cause of the big hole? I called about getting the liner replaced but was told the warranty would not cover a rip that size. It only covers tears in the seam. Has anyone ever had this happen?
