Hello Everyone,
We're putting in a backyard and a pool, starting Monday. Lived in coastal Northern California most my life and never had needed to own a pool, largely due to the climate. We're now in Southern Arizona going on three years and this place has serious pool weather!
In the process of trying to learn more about pool care and maintenance I found this forum. I must say, as a result of a few strategic searches I've learned a great deal and have realized how much more I need to learn. I'm looking forward learning from others experience and sharing what I do know.

- My Pool: A 12'x30', 12,105 gallon, in ground pool w/ StoneScapes aggregate finish. Pentair CCP-420 cartridge filter, Pentair Whisperflow 1.0 HP pump, PCC-2000 in floor automatic cleaning system, Vision - Nature 2 mineral system and a Lectro-Pure magnetic water conditioner.
