Sand in the inground pool

What is floc, clarifier, stabilizer, cyanuric acid,
algaecide, brightener, dichlor, sodium hypo,
sodium bisulfate, ....??

Sand in the inground pool

Just opened our inground pool and noticed sand that I think is comming from the sand filter. Any ideas what is wrong and how do I fix the problem.
