Liner in my inground pool

Im new to this pool thing and want to find out if my liner is leaking? On all four corners of the pool the liner is soft and spongy but along the walls its tight and hard. Is that how its suppose to feel around the corners or is it suppose to be tight and snug?

Liner in my in-ground pool

Without seeing (or feeling) the corners of your pool, I can't say for certain, but having an in-ground vinyl pool for 30 years now I would say your description sounds just about right. Depending on how the framing behind the vinyl is done, corners will feel a little softer than flat sides.
