Help pool leak somewhere

Postby jeff6898 » Tue 23 Jun, 2009 12:58

I have a 24 ft round pool. Everything was fine until about 4 days ago. After I vacuumed the next day the pool water was just below the skimmer. I ran the hose Saturday for 3 hours and nothing the water level did not go up even an inch. SO Saturday night I turned it back on about 7:00 Pm got up the next morning at 9:00 am and the water level was exactly at the same spot. 14 hours of running water didn't do a thing. ANy ides? It stays just below the skimmer.

Should have added there is no wetness anywhere around the pool, and I can not find a tear or rip anywhere in the liner

It could be a couple of things. Check to see if the liner has pulled out from the bottom of the skimmer faceplate, As well check your filter and see if you are loosing water out of the backwash. Good luck.
