closing pool for 10 days

oki just opened my pool and added a SWG water is crystal clear and all testing are within spec, just found out now i have to leave for 10 days. I would like to come back to a crystal clear pool what is the best way, I have put the pump and the swg unit on a timer so it will circulate while i am gone. there will be a black cover on it so light wont really be a problem. should i just leave it as is or shock it before i go.
