Skimmerbox leak

Hey i have an above ground pool, just got the liner replaced last year apparently though the holes where the skimmer box was set rusted and the skimmer box would not sit properly so they just moved it partially and drilled it through a new spot, this year there is a leak just below the skimmer box about the size of a screw hole, i can not see if the hole is through the liner but it is through the metal just under the skimmer box...

I dont know what im going to do to fix this, i was thinking hey maybe a bigger skimmer box but the only ones i can find are wide mouth but the same height... any ideas

so yea my pool is fckd, had to pull it down and throw it out. Thanks for all the help guys.
