Problem with sun oil on liner walls...

Hi,
We have a hotel pool which the last few days has developed a 10cm yellowish color above water level on the liner walls. I'm almost sure that comes from sun oil (probaply cheap brands, since we never had this kind of problem the last 5 years we have the pool).
My poolman disappointed me saying it's too dificult to clean, if ever.
Any ideas ??

HI IVE GOT THE SAME PROBLEM WITH OUR POOL IN FRANCE IM STILL LOOKING FOR A PRODUCT TO SOLVE THIS AS IT IS REALLY UNSIGHTLY

I have been told that Zyke stores in France supply a pad which will remove the stains
