Aqua Trol HP Salt Reading

Postby Conehead396 » Thu 23 Jul, 2009 20:13

I hve the Aqua Trol HP on a 24 Ft above ground and have been very happy with it. Recently the salt reading, both average and instant dropped from around 3200-3300 to 2700-2800 after a couple of big rains that required me to pump water out the the pool.

I added 30 lbs of salt and the reading came back to 3300. But my Aqua-check test strip and the local pool store are showing 3900-4100.

Is there a way to calibrate this unit, and is it OK to leave it at 4100.

Thanks
