I need help! I have algae and though my water is clearing up after I opened the pool I cannot get the FAC to 10ppm to kill the remaining algae. In fact it won't even register any FAC! I have a cartridge system with two new filters. I have poured 8lbs. of shock and 32oz. of algaecide in a 17750 gallon pool but I still can't get it.algae and shock
