Chloramines

We have a inside pool that uses bromine and ozone to sanitize. The town we are in has recently switched to using chloramines as the residual disinfectant in the water system. Now when we drain and add fresh water the ORP goes down instead of up. Does anyone have any thoughts on dealing with the chloramines in the fresh water?

A quick calc tells me that on your pool I might try to use a 3-5 gram per hour O3 unit and a slipstream of somewhere between 20-30 gpm through the Ozone system. Your fill line is probably 5-10gpm and if you plumbed the fill line into the suction side of your ozone booster pump I would guess the Ozone would take most of the chloramines out.
