New Pool Owner - Needs Help.

My husband and I bought a house a year ago with an above ground pool. Last year the levels were all where they should be but I could never get it to NOT BE CLOUDY. This year we opened the pool and it is now green. I have used liquid shock, powder shock, raised the pH, raised the alkaline level and still green...the levels are within normal range at this point.

I am ready to take the thing down!
