Refilling pool too fast!!

Postby jason69 » Fri 28 Aug, 2009 11:58

Hi guys,

I am refilling my pool but I was wondering if it is ok for me to refill the pool fast. I want to use the fire hidrant but I am afraid that too much water so faster might do some damage.
What do you think?
Thanks

Fire hydrant may be the most cost effective way to fill the pool.
If the plaster is old and cured, it will not damage anything.
It will not even have the effect of a pressure washer and after initial 200 gallons you can direct the force into freshly created pool.
However, if you have a new plaster, or if you are not the local fire chief it will have a detrimental effect!!
