Burning feeling on skin after swimming.

After swimming I feel some burning feeling on my skin, I had the water tested and they said that the water is in perfect condition. The only thing that I can think of is that I put too much algecide in the water as I had to deal with mustard algea last year. Would the algecide cause the burning sensation or could it be something else ? if so what can I do to fix the problem.
