to cold to install pool

Yes you could install the liner if you had to , but why. The night temperature is still cold and the water going into the pool will be very cold. You want the liner to stretch into place for a good fit and easy install, with the temperatures being cold it will take more suction to pull the liner into place and if the pool is being filled by garden hose the liner will lose all of its elasticity over night. So my answer would be you can but I wouldn't.

thank you i did set it up but i am having problem with the liner it is bucky the walls so i drained 6 inchs of water. and i am waiting for this weekend it is going to 74 out i hope this will help me. i am think of using hot water from the house i think my boiler will keep up or add a foot of water at a time and let the liner stretch a little at a time.
