Hello everyone!
I wish I had known about this forum years ago when I first got tied up with a pool, it would have saved me a lot of heartburn!
I have a 25K gallon inground pool that I have been using a offline brominator as a sanitizor. It has developed a crack and I'm left with having to replace it. Most of the new brominators I'm finding have gone to in-line vs. off-line. Also, my current brominator uses 1 inch pipe for the plumbing.
I thought I found my solution with a Pentair 300-19 offline brominator but I've found out that it only uses 1/4" flexible hose for the water connections. I'm also wondering if this unit is really adequate to do the job given the size of the pool.
Does anyone have any comments or suggestions on if I'm on the right track?
Thanks!
PS I've included in my profile what I use for equipment so if anyone has similar I'd be happy to swap experiences.
Like most others, I have a problem
