...and so I wonder if you could look into the problem. Perhaps there's something amiss with your algorithm where an inadvertent keystroke bans a participant forever

Hi Dale and sorry you are having problems.

I signed up for a couple of test accounts and encountered no problems - Windows 7 with Firefox and Windows Vista using Chrome. Please let me know the details of the problem you had, including any error messages.

I was not aware that you had registered previously and was unable to find your account. If you can give me this info I will do my best to solve the issues asap. If you prefer not to post this in the public forums you can email me.
