Floating brown dust??

Water bugs, swimming insects and sweat bees.
Foaming bubbly water. Frogs in the pool.
Dead animals in the swimming pool.

Floating brown dust??

I just started treating my pool. I have this fine dust like stuff on top of pool water, I don’t know what it is and my filter won’t suck it away. Please help. I’m wondering if it has particles from the water caught up in the stabiliser. Just realised I can not upload picture on this site. Which won’t help explain
