We have a small above ground pool. After a couple weeks, we started getting gray sediment at the bottom of the pool. It almost looks like lint but kind of stringy, and it's impossible to vacuum up because it just gets cloudy and breaks up. then after a few minutes it will settle again at the bottom. I think it started forming after I put a shock treatment in the pool. I have no idea what this sediment is or how to get rid of it but there is a good amount of it. I took a sample to a local pool supply place, and they said they had no idea what it is. Any ideas? We're getting desperate.
Here's a video I tried to take to show you guys

Re: Lint- like Sediment
What have you put in the pool?
Try manually vacuuming slowly to waste
