Leaves Keep Clogging Gutter Drain Grate

Hi everybody. I thought somebody out there might be creative and come up with a better solution. I have a separate Spa with a Hayward gutter drain grate as pictured at the top of it. Overflow drains through this into the main pool. During the fall, falling leaves layer on top of the grates obstructing the water flow causing the spa to overflow and the pool water level to drop. Every time I leave the house, I stick my hand over the grates and remove all the leaves. But with the dense Leaf falling oh, I can't do it enough. Does anybody have solution to keep the leaves from layering on top of the grates and obstructing the flow? Thank you .
