High TA, Normal PH

We have a salt water pool. Small pool, about 15 x9 foot and about 5 foot deep. Just a dunk pool. When starting up our pool our PH and TA went HI and I started to notice little white bumps forming on the plaster. I assume its Scale(!?!). I have gotten the PH to normal, but the TA continues to read HI. Will it balance out on its own? I have gotten it down to about 127 ppm and today when I tested it It was at 168 ppm. Any suggestions? New to this whole pool thing, and our pool company has been a pain in the ass to say the least.
