low chemical levels in pool

I just got my 18' x 48" pool installed and I put the chemicals in. I checked it three days later with a test strip and all colors on the strip ranged in the low. The strips tested for PH, Free chlorine, TA and stabilizer. Any suggestions on what to do, I can't get up to the pool store until this weekend.
