Chlorinating, maintaining the right chlorine levels,
chlorine problems. Dichlor, trichlor, cal hypo, bleach,
granules, chlorine pucks and chlorine sticks.

I have jst put a large dose of desovable chlorine in my pool 2 cobat algea. algea gne but my pool is cloudy and chlorine levels showing orange on test kit i wud like 2 no if i can lower the chlorine levels and how and if i can still go swimming please help ....

You need to buy a De-Chlorinizer. you can get this at your pool place,add alittle at a time tell you get to 1.0 or 1.5 for your chlorine.

stop pouring more chemicals in your pool. Shut off your chlorinator, run your filter and swim when it starts clearing up. Pouring more crap in it just adds to the problem.

I agree with above. Also if you have a pool heater, you can turn it up to 86 - 88 and the chlorine will "burn off"

yeah but he'll dissolve his heater. Just let it gass off, can take a day. I've seen 100pmm to 0ppm occur in 1 day.[/b]
