Low Free Chlorine and Low Cyanuric Acid

Chlorinating, maintaining the right chlorine levels,
chlorine problems. Dichlor, trichlor, cal hypo, bleach,
granules, chlorine pucks and chlorine sticks.

I would be inclined to raise your pH and TA with soda ash to bring pH up to 7.4 and see where that leaves TA
A low TA tends to stabilise pH.
