FC Levels for Salt Water

Hi guys! I’m seeing different recommendations for what level to keep the free chlorine at. I see 1-3ppm, 1-4ppm, and 3-7ppm. Any recommendations as to what level is best?

Look at these
Chlorine / CYA Chart and
Recommended Pool Levels
I would probably go for 5 with a SWCG and a CYA of 70
